About The Position

Here's What You Need: Qualifications · High School Diploma or equivalent required · Associate degree preferred · Two years of clerical or administrative experience required · Medical staff or credentialing experience preferred What you will do: Position Responsibilities · Coordinate, monitor, and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process · Facilitate all aspects of credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, expirations, as well as clinical privileges for Medical Staff providers, including Insurance Payers with whom we have contracts · Work closely with group providers to obtain documents for enrollment · Respond to internal and external inquiries on enrollment statuses · Maintain provider documents, licenses, directories, files, and enrollments in all applicable locations · Track provider license, certification, DEA and professional liability expiration dates to ensure timely renewals · Provide follow up support to new practitioners as needed. · Perform additional duties as needed.
