Summary: This role ensures providers meet organizational and regulatory credentialing standards while reflecting CCMH’s commitment to inclusion and compassion. The Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Specialist manages credentialing and enrollment processes, verifies qualifications, and supports provider participation in insurance programs. Requirements

  • Knowledge of behavioral health or healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing/data management systems
  • Technical aptitude with EHR, CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Analytical mindset with process improvement aptitude
  • Ability to interpret and articulate complex policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
