About The Position

The Account Data Analyst is responsible for creation, support, and maintenance of customer data in support of the Direct to Physician organization. This is the foundational position for ensuring the data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant. The Account Data Analyst will partner with Customer Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Loyalty, Customers, Sales, and 3rd party vendors to ensure customer accounts are created and maintained appropriately to support commercial operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • SAP and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills (presentation, document writing, coaching)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and other database query solutions
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to take initiative and make quality decisions
  • Experience with customer master or master data management solutions

Responsibilities

  • Perform data validation to ensure quality and notify appropriate business partners when quality issues arise
  • Ensure customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant
  • Possess advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for all customer account settings, identify problems, and generate solutions
  • Lead or attend cross-functional calls with customers, sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify better ways to conduct business
  • Design, pull, and/or interpret a variety of operational performance reports
  • Conduct complex data mining activities and analysis via multiple business systems (I.E. SAP, CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirements
  • Take ownership of tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without additional prompting
  • Provide timely updates on tasks/projects
  • Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate high level of knowledge and confidence in decision making
  • Identify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguity
  • Take initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate resolution
