About The Position

Seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician - $1000 Signing Bonus Opportunity! VCA Edgebrook Animal Hospital, located in East Brunswick, NJ is looking for a fulltime Credentialed Veterinary Technician who enjoys being part of a supportive and dedicated team that focuses on quality patient care and excellent client service. We are a fast paced, AAHA accredited practice that provides a wide variety of surgery, dentistry, outpatient and hospital care. We are focused on finding a full time Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team of professionals! As a member of our team, you will help create and maintain a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. We strive to deliver an outstanding client experience so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. We do a wide variety of surgeries including orthopedic surgery , exploratory, and dentistry. The Veterinary Technician is essential to how our hospital operates, qualities we are looking for: Flexibility in hours including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays Team player willing to learn new techniques and treatments Remains positive, professional and respectful Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions. Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control). Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
