About The Position

VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is seeking a Credentialed Hospital Manager to lead operations at our dynamic, high-volume hospital. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care for pets and their families. As Hospital Manager, you will partner with the Medical Director and Regional Operations Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, financial health, and a positive hospital culture. You’ll oversee client service excellence, staff engagement, and compliance with VCA standards. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Direct hospital workflow and ensure efficient client and patient care. Organize monthly staff meetings and regular leadership meetings. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, approve expenditures, and review income statements to optimize revenue and hospital contribution. Oversee cash control and accounts receivable processes. Associate Development & Engagement: Motivate and mentor hospital leaders and Associates, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Ensure adherence to VCA policies and training standards. Marketing & Client Experience: Support hospital marketing initiatives and community engagement programs. Maintain high standards of client communication and satisfaction. Qualifications Credentialed veterinary professional (CVPM or RVT preferred or equivalent experience). Strong leadership and financial acumen. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements
