About The Position

Manages a caseload of patients and completes assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans and discharge summaries. Actively participates in up to four times a week staffing's, bi-weekly supervision, completed treatment plans and treatment plan reviews for staff discussion and approval.

Requirements

Associate degree in applied science in Chemical Dependency or related field; OR two (2) years’ experience working in a chemical dependency setting.
Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC).
