SkillSpring is seeking a Case Manager for our Community Resources for Employment and Development Program ("CRED NYC") Program. The Case Manager will work directly with trainees participating in our CRED NYC program that includes work readiness, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) classroom-based course instruction, and onsite clinical and professional training . The Case Manager will focus on trainees' mental health, well-being, and self-management, providing services that support trainees' needs through small groups and one-on-one sessions as needed. This full-time role requires flexibility in working mornings, evenings, and Saturdays at multiple sites, with hours, days, and locations varying based on seasonal changes.
