The Creator Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end creator operations across paid media and organic social efforts. This role ensures that creators are sourced, briefed, managed, and delivered on time — with high-quality, on-brand assets that meet performance and storytelling needs. This is an operational and relationship-driven role, not a strategy role. You will work closely with Creative Strategists, Junior Strategists, and Organic Social leads to execute creator-led content smoothly, consistently, and at scale. The goal of this role is to remove friction from the creator pipeline so creative and strategy teams can focus on performance, messaging, and growth.
