At Midnight Labs, our flagship product, Ceartas, is the internet’s delete button. We provide industry-grade identity protection and revenue recovery for the world’s most successful creators. We don’t just "monitor" leaks; we dismantle the syndicates that profit from them. From spicy content creators and social moguls to A-list celebrities and global talent agencies, we ensure that in a world of deepfakes and mass piracy, creators own their likeness and their income.
Your role 🌟
This isn't a traditional corporate partnerships job. We are looking for a Creator Evangelist to be the face, voice, and heart of Ceartas within the creator ecosystem.
You are a digital native who understands that protecting a creator’s IP isn’t just a "compliance" task - it’s a flex. You will be our on-the-ground ambassador, our on-camera talent, and the primary shield for the creators who run the internet. Your mission is to move the narrative from "copyright protection" to "Identity Sovereignty."

Requirements

• A Natural Connector: You are the person who knows everyone in the room. You enjoy building and nurturing high-value communities and have a "Rolls Royce" standard of professionalism.
• Comfortable in the Spotlight: You don’t just "post" on social; you command it. You are comfortable being the face of the brand and can explain complex AI technology in plain English that a 10-year-old would understand.
• Based in LA: You are already part of the Los Angeles ecosystem. You know which coffee shops the managers frequent and which events actually matter.
• An Evangelist for Sovereignty: You believe that creators are the media companies of the future and deserve to own their likeness. You are passionate about justice on a "bendable" internet.
• Must-Haves: 3-5 years of experience in the creator economy (at an agency, platform, or as a creator). Deep fluency in TikTok/IG culture. Proven ability to handle high-profile, sensitive relationships with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Build the LA Fortress: Immerse yourself in the LA creator scene. You will attend the dinners, the house parties, and the industry meetups where the real conversations happen. You aren't there to "network"—you're there to act as a trusted bodyguard for their brands.
• Lead the "Notes from the Field" Content: You will own our creator-facing social channels (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts). You’ll be the on-camera talent creating raw, authoritative content - tearing down piracy rings, explaining deepfake threats, and showing the world the power of the "Delete Button."
• Event Activation: When we show up at VidCon or private agency events, you lead the charge. No boring booths. You’ll design high-tension activations that provide "instant relief" (e.g., live leak scans) and ensure every event produces a mountain of viral content.
• High-Touch Relationship Management: You will represent Ceartas in high-stakes relationships with A+ mainstream talent and elite talent agencies. This requires absolute discretion, unbothered authority, and "unhinged competence."
• Voice of the Creator: You will be the bridge between the Hollywood hills and our engineering team. You’ll bring real-time insights into new piracy tactics and creator pain points back to our product team to ensure Nova (our agentic AI) is always one step ahead of the pirates.
