About The Position

The Creator Consulting Associate supports the Creator Consulting team by managing day-to-day execution, data analysis, and client coordination for global creator strategy engagements. You’ll work directly under a Principal / Sr. Creator Consultant, supporting their work with some of the world’s largest brands. Your role is part strategic, part operational—keeping engagements running smoothly, analyzing creator performance data, and helping translate strategy into action.

Requirements

  • 2+–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator marketing, and analytics (internships or full-time).
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and presentation-building skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint).
  • Curiosity about the creator economy, affiliate marketing, and performance media.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A passion for marketing technology.
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data.
  • A proactive attitude and passion for learning from global consulting leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the daily workflows of creator consulting engagements, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Data Analysis: Build reports, analyze creator and affiliate performance data, and synthesize insights for client presentations.
  • Platform Education: Act as a platform educator for clients and internal teams—helping translate creator strategies into workflows within the impact.com platform and creating simple how-to resources.
  • Client Coordination: Support internal and external communications, ensuring seamless execution across teams and regions.
  • Playbook Development: Help compile deliverables and playbooks following strategy workshops.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with offshore analysts, Product, and Marketing to ensure all data and insights align with consulting outputs.
