The YouTube Ads GTM Creative team plays a vital role in accelerating advertisers' and partners' ability to create more effective ads that drive their business objectives and grow Google/YouTube business. With deep expertise in the creative development process, Generative AI, the complex internal and external creative ecosystem, and our sales organization, this team sits at the nexus of Google and YouTube’s ad creative product and sales strategy. As an Analytical Lead, you are the Strategic Architect of our data-driven growth engine, tasked with unlocking a multibillion opportunity. You will proactively synthesize complex data into the "commercial truth" that dictates global strategy for Sales, GTM, and Product leaders. We are seeking an analytical lead who is equally comfortable scripting the databases as they are presenting high-stakes data and insights to executives. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
