About The Position

The Creative Video Producer will manage end-to-end production, from ideation and scriptwriting to on-set direction, post-production, and distribution. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of video production experience with a strong portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form storytelling.
  • Proven experience managing production budgets, coordinating vendors, and delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro) and knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows from pre-production through post-production.
  • Experience managing freelance creative teams and guiding talent direction.
  • B2B marketing or SaaS video production experience preferred; YouTube content creation and optimization knowledge a plus.
  • Excellent storytelling, visual design, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly creative, collaborative, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative development for video content, including thought leadership, product education, customer testimonials, and campaigns.
  • Manage full production workflow: budgeting, scheduling, pre-production planning, location scouting, shoot management, and post-production oversight.
  • Direct and guide on-camera talent, ensuring authentic, engaging performances while maintaining alignment with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and freelancers, providing clear creative direction to editors, motion designers, and videographers.
  • Produce platform-optimized content for YouTube, social channels, and marketing campaigns, including social cuts and thumbnails.
  • Track video performance metrics, analyze audience engagement, and refine content strategies based on data insights.
  • Maintain production systems, asset organization, and visual guidelines to ensure consistent brand quality.
