About The Position

We are seeking a curious, adaptable, and forward -thinking Creative Technologist Intern to help build next -generation digital experiences that power our clients' success and empower our community. As a multi -disciplinary member of the Temerarii Media team, you will be a key contributor in designing intuitive web applications, building AI -driven creative and administrative automations, and executing omni -channel marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients, while also taking an active role in teaching the next generation of youth about AI and digital skills. We’re looking for a versatile Creative Technologist with a strong background in emerging tools and a keen interest in delivering innovative solutions that merge art, algorithms, and real -world impact. Requirements

• Hands -on experience (or a highly demonstrable willingness to learn) with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI -assisted workflows.
• Foundational knowledge of web and app design principles (UI/UX) and familiarity with platforms like Figma, WordPress, Webflow, or standard HTML/CSS.
• Experience building functional automations and connecting third -party platforms via APIs or no -code/low -code tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• A strong understanding of omni -channel digital marketing strategies and the current new media landscape.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to explain complex technical concepts to non -technical stakeholders—especially when teaching younger audiences.
• A proven track record of being resourceful, self -taught, and capable of navigating ambiguous, fast -paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement AI workflows utilizing cutting -edge generative tools (text, image, video) to enhance our creative output and scale content generation.
• Design and prototype user -centric web pages and applications, optimizing for both aesthetic appeal and seamless user experience.
• Automate administrative bottlenecks by designing and maintaining workflows (using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts) to streamline internal operations and client deliverables.
• Lead the execution of omni -channel digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, exploring new media formats and emerging social channels.
• Act as our tech -scout, continuously researching, testing, and presenting new tools and concepts from various industries to keep our team ahead of the curve.
• Partner with our community outreach team to develop curriculum and teach digital skills and AI concepts to youth in our educational classes.
