About The Position

We’re seeking a sharp, imaginative Creative Strategist to help shape and scale the Thesis brand across every touchpoint. Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, storytelling, and execution—turning business goals, consumer insights, and product truths into compelling creative platforms, campaigns, and content systems. The Creative Strategist is responsible for defining what we create and why, ensuring every asset—from brand campaigns to product storytelling—drives clarity, consistency, and impact. You’ll partner closely with creative, marketing, product, and external partners to guide work from insight to concept to execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing at a consumer brand (ideally DTC, wellness, or CPG)
  • Proven experience translating business and consumer insights into clear, inspiring creative direction
  • Strong storytelling and messaging instincts, with a deep appreciation for brand voice, design, video, and content
  • Ability to partner effectively with creatives, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders—bringing clarity without stifling creativity
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Analytical mindset: able to assess creative effectiveness and use data and insights to inform future strategy
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with agencies, production partners, or in-house creative teams
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to align teams around a shared creative vision
  • Familiarity with modern creative workflows and tools (Asana, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Cloud, asset management systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own creative strategy frameworks that translate business objectives, audience insights, and brand positioning into clear creative direction across channels (digital, social, video, offline, experiential)
  • Lead the development of creative briefs, messaging architectures, and campaign narratives that inspire strong creative execution
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Marketing to ensure creative strategy aligns with launch priorities, growth goals, and regulatory requirements
  • Guide creative teams and agencies through concept development, providing strategic feedback that elevates ideas while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ensure all creative work is on-brand—across visual identity, tone of voice, storytelling, and overall quality
  • Analyze creative performance and consumer response to refine messaging, concepts, and future briefs
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen creative effectiveness through clearer positioning, sharper insights, and more cohesive storytelling
  • Help define and evolve Thesis’ creative playbooks—including brand voice, content principles, and campaign frameworks—as the company scales
  • Foster a collaborative, insight-driven creative culture that balances bold ideas with strategic discipline
