A Project Manager in the Creative Studio is responsible for driving projects forward by leading execution of marketing deliverables through strategic project planning, efficient project management, proactive problem solving and optimized communication. The Creative Studio Project Manager ensures that all projects align with business objectives, are on-brand, and completed within defined budgets and deadlines. As a business partner to our internal teams, you bring insight on creative effectiveness, always lead with solutions and are constantly working three steps ahead of the process making sure the entire team knows where the project stands. Highlights of your role Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact creative work - providing proactive, clear, actionable project direction (briefs, insights, timelines, schedules, and budgets) that maximize both team effort and output quality. Serve as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, providing solutions that go beyond simply executing the ask. Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to clarify objectives, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure we’re solving the right problem before work begins. Play a critical role in shaping work at intake by partnering with stakeholders to align on goals, audience, scope, and success metrics so creative solutions are strategically grounded from day one.
