Requirements

  • 5–7 years in creative services, marketing operations, or project management
  • Strong experience managing high-volume workflows and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline

Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Capacity Management
  • Own end-to-end project flow from intake to delivery across all marketing and creative work
  • Manage prioritization and capacity allocation across area rugs, broadloom, accessories, and hospitality
  • Sales Channel Intake (Retail & eCommerce)
  • Centralize and streamline all requests from retail and eCommerce sales teams via Asana
  • Enforce structured intake, prioritization, and timelines; eliminate ad hoc requests
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Align marketing, sales, eCommerce, product, and hospitality teams on deliverables and timelines
  • Proactively manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure accountability
  • Creative Operations & Asset Delivery
  • Standardize workflows, templates, and processes to improve speed and efficiency
  • Oversee delivery of assets across digital, print, retail, and trade channels
  • Event & Market Execution + Quality Control
  • Own timelines and readiness for trade shows, markets, and key launches
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and completed on time
