About The Position

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a highly organized and energetic Creative Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of creative assets that bring the Delta Star brand to life. If you're passionate about keeping creative workflows running smoothly, managing digital assets, and supporting a high-performing creative team, we want to hear from you! As a Creative Project Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in organizing creative workflows, managing project intake, and ensuring that every creative asset meets brand standards and lands on time. You’ll collaborate with marketing, communications, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work, manage digital tools, and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality brand content across all channels. Your day will be filled with coordination, communication, and creative problem-solving. You’ll manage project requests, set up new assignments, prepare agendas, and keep timelines moving. Whether you’re organizing digital assets, supporting software licensing, or flagging off-brand content, you’ll be the operational backbone that keeps the creative team aligned, efficient, and empowered to do their best work. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the digital asset management system and collaborating with vendors or freelancers. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys supporting creative teams with structure, clarity, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or project coordination role, preferably in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Experience with creative project management and DAM platforms (Asana, Workfront, Airtable, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Proficiency with digital workflow systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong knowledge of creative operations and digital production workflows.
  • Ability to manage and organize large libraries of digital assets.
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong analytical ability to support reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Effective multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to support software tools, licensing, and platform administration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming creative project requests, ensuring submissions meet intake criteria before routing for approval.
  • Set up new projects in the project management system, assign team members, and establish timelines based on priorities and workload.
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas for creative team meetings, intake reviews, and production check-ins.
  • Maintain regular alignment meetings with the Creative Operations Manager to review workflows, priorities, and resource planning.
  • Track asset usage and help identify outdated or off-brand materials for review.
  • Update and maintain user access permissions across project management, DAM, and creative software platforms.
  • Follow up with stakeholders regarding missing information, delayed approvals, or overdue deliverables.
  • Help prepare reports and dashboards on project pipeline, team workload, and creative KPIs.
  • Upload, tag, and organize newly completed creative assets in the DAM system.
  • Maintain documentation for recurring projects, campaigns, and best practices to support future planning.
  • Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and access for freelance creatives or external vendors.
