About The Position

Gymreapers is seeking a high-powered Production Manager to join our Creative Team. This position must be highly organized and resourceful as you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless execution of creative projects across marketing, branding, and product campaigns. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, this role ensures that the creative team stays focused, deadlines are met, and deliverables are aligned with business goals. This position will serve as the operational hub of the creative team by connecting strategy to execution. From overseeing production timelines and managing project documentation to facilitating cross-functional collaboration, you will keep the creative process running smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to anticipate roadblocks, communicate clearly, and maintain alignment across teams will be critical in supporting high-impact campaigns that drive growth and brand engagement. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong passion for organization, a knack for creative workflows, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative, marketing, or project coordination role (agency or in-house)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and creative workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive problem-solver with a collaborative spirit and passion for fitness or lifestyle brands

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track multiple creative projects (photo/video shoots, ad campaigns, product launches, email, web assets, etc.) from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop and manage timelines, project plans, and task lists to ensure all deliverables are on schedule.
  • Maintain the creative calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across departments.
  • Facilitate daily and weekly check-ins with the creative team to prioritize work, unblock issues, and ensure effective task handoffs.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to track project KPIs and performance data post-launch.
  • Organize asset libraries and project documentation to ensure easy access and version control.
  • Communicate with marketing, eCommerce, and operations teams to align on deadlines and cross-functional needs.
  • Own project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) and ensure they are used consistently and effectively.
