About The Position

NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors — Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance, and others — scale paid social with a short-form, content-led approach. We have an in-house content team creating thousands of human ads a month, all in service of driving efficient, measurable growth for our clients. As a Creative Producer at NewForm, you're the engine behind execution. While our Creative Strategists own the ideas and scripts, you own everything it takes to bring those ideas to life - on time, on brief, and at scale. You thrive on set, know your way around a production environment, and take pride in turning great concepts into great content. You will help us scale up our production capabilities and help us produce higher quality work than ever.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on production experience (on-set, studio, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment (familiarity with Sony cameras a plus)
  • Experience producing a range of content formats - UGC, podcast, lifestyle, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots simultaneously
  • A calm, solutions-oriented presence on set when things don't go as planned

  • Experience in paid social or performance marketing content

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of filming - scheduling, logistics, location, and on-set execution
  • Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots including podcast-style and UGC content
  • Ensure every shoot is technically dialed in - proper exposure, clean audio, and professional lighting setups
  • Work closely with Creative Strategists to understand the brief and translate it into a production plan
  • Performance coach creators on set to deliver their best performances on camera
  • Source and manage props, wardrobe, and any other on-set materials needed
  • Manage talent and creators on set to keep shoots running smoothly and on schedule
  • Partner with editors post-shoot to ensure footage is organized and handed off cleanly
  • Maintain and manage production equipment - inventory, upkeep, and readiness
