About The Position

Brand Studio is focused on building the Google brand. By combining user insights, strategic thinking, beautiful design and storytelling, our team creates a wide range of work that drives Google’s reputation for being helpful to people, businesses, and communities. Our work also aims to build advocacy and trust in the brand. To achieve that, we’re a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing. The Production and Creative Operations team transforms creative ideas into seamless execution. Advanced in logistics, budgets, legal, schedules and project plans, we bring brand creative to life across a wide variety of platforms. Operations is at the center of so much of what we do ensuring our projects are on track and we are able to scale with the business needs that arise. We anticipate challenges, negotiate, and help develop a collaborative environment where the entire creative team can make and thrive — including meticulously run production spaces across our hubs. With our network of trusted vendors, studios and artists, we have the ability to scale our capabilities to deliver everything from the scrappiest of campaigns to the most ambitious creative work. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with various stakeholders and teams.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management performing recruiting/talent management in the marketing industry.

Nice To Haves

  • 8 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
  • 8 years of experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize project velocity by streamlining vendor onboarding and internal creative workstreams.
  • Manage Brand Studio budgets, monitor TVC burn rates, and provide rigorous cost actualization.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate the health and efficiency of the team to leadership.
  • Design and maintain staffing models and tracking tools to ensure optimal talent allocation and clear communication of team capacity.
