About The Position

The Client is a brand storyteller, designer, and art director. She designs beautiful websites to showcase clients, big vision. With 10+ years of experience, she blends high-level strategy, collaboration, and deep love to design who you are online. Clients include Laverne Cox (Orange is The New Black), Lori Harder, Arielle Loren, and Jadah Sellner. Each woman is a trailblazer leveraging her voice to create an irresistible impact in a world that deeply desires it. The Client lives in Delray Beach, Florida with her husband and two adorable French Bulldogs. We are looking for someone to come up with the systems + strategy for how to get things done, and then give out tasks to the team. They will be responsible for the daily operations of the whole business, or for the entirety of a project – which includes the work of other team members. They lead the team, often including VAs, designers, developers, copywriters, and other experts. The OBM will work closely with the client to discuss strategy and priorities. Superpowers: Co-creating, dreaming, creating your unique vision, good listener, heart-centered, passion, determination, mission-driven Here are some ways we work with clients: + Custom Branding + Website Design Package ( 3 month+ project timelines ) Max clients per month 2-3 + Soul Theme Websites ( 3-4 weeks project timeline ) Max clients per month 5-6 Digital Products: + Soul Brand + Soul Social + Soulful Sales + Soul Experience ( the course ) An Online Business Manager is responsible for Project Management – laying out plans and managing projects through to completion, including launches, managing programs, etc. Operations Management – automating systems and creating processes for all day-to-day activities in the business to streamline and simplify how things are run People Management – outsourcing, managing, and leading the efforts of the team to meet business goals Metrics Management – tracking stats for key business activities to see what is working and what is not working so that decisions can be made for ongoing growth Product Managing Custom Projects Pipelines Soul Themes Website Pipelines Create and implement systems, processes, and automation + Help put together the systems that make the entire team feel comfortable. + Oversee and give input when things aren't working and provide solutions + Manage client expectations Their Prioritization Daily Tasks Weekly Tasks Monthly Tasks Quarterly Tasks Continue to optimize and build tech stack

  • At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for back-up
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor and at least 4 GB RAM with a webcam
