About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic Project Manager, Creative Operations to support our creative initiatives across brand, marketing, retail, and in-studio experiences. You will work directly with the founders of NYP and serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, external brand partners, and vendor relationships, helping to translate vision into structured workflows, priorities, and timelines. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to sit at the center of creative operations—translating vision into timelines, managing priorities, and ensuring all creative work is delivered on brand, on time, and at a high standard. This role requires New York City–based availability and occasional travel to the Hamptons market.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative project management or brand operations
  • Proven experience partnering with leadership and founders, and acting as a central liaison between internal creative teams and external vendors or agencies
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experience overseeing production (print, merch, digital, email)
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for brand and execution
  • Clear communicator who can manage up, across, and down
  • A balance of creative intuition and operational discipline
  • Comfort owning timelines and holding teams accountable
  • Passion for brand-driven environments, wellness, or lifestyle businesses

Responsibilities

  • Creative Project & Operations Management: Own end-to-end management of creative projects, including scoping, timelines, prioritization, and delivery across email campaigns, studio assets, merchandise, events, and digital content.
  • Team & Vendor Leadership: Manage and support relationships with external brand partners and vendors to ensure alignment, quality, and on-time production.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between leadership, creative, and operations teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and smooth execution across initiatives.
  • Quality & Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and reflects the overall creative vision, with attention to detail and consistency across touchpoints.
  • Systems & Process Improvement: Establish and maintain creative workflows, production calendars, and project management processes that support efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
