This role oversees creative workflows, processes, and resourcing models are clearly defined, consistently applied, and continuously optimized, while managing video editors, production shoots, and a visual media specialist. A priority of this position is AI adoption and innovation across the in-house creative team. The Creative Operations Manager proactively explores and implements AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to streamline production, expand creative capabilities, and significantly increase speed to market for campaign and ad-hoc assets across digital, print, video, outdoor, and in-branch channels.
