As the Creative Operations Lead, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of creative and pre-press workflows, ensuring projects move smoothly from intake through production. In this role, you’ll serve as the operational hub for Marketing, Creative, Pre-Press, and Manufacturing balancing timelines, assets, systems, and communication while continuously improving how work gets done. What You’ll Do As a Creative Operations Lead, you will: Own creative workflow execution, managing projects from intake through final production release Serve as the central point of coordination, aligning Marketing, Creative, Pre-Press, and Production teams Plan and manage schedules, developing timelines, assigning work, and balancing workloads across teams Maintain project visibility, tracking status, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across all stakeholders Lead status communication, facilitating weekly meetings and providing regular project reporting Coordinate pre-press operations, scheduling and tracking work from initiation through plate creation Ensure production readiness, reviewing job specs, color requirements, and required assets Manage internal and external pre-press timelines, including outsourced work and vendor coordination Create and release production work orders, supporting plate creation, overwrap workflows, and print readiness Administer digital asset and workflow systems, managing platforms such as Workamajig, Brandfolder, Smartsheet, and internal servers Maintain digital asset integrity, overseeing naming, tagging, metadata, versioning, and lifecycle management Support rights and usage tracking, collaborating on licenses, contracts, and artwork usage Drive process improvement, identifying and implementing workflow and system enhancements Support daily creative operations, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on time Why This Role Matters Creative work only delivers value when it moves efficiently and accurately through the organization.
