CVS Health seeks an innovative and experienced Multimedia developer specializing in video development with experience in using generative AI tools. This role is essential in creating engaging, high-impact video content and learning solutions that empower CVS Health colleagues to deliver superior customer service and healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

• 5 years+ relevant experience in multimedia content production (video and/or graphic design).
• Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Express or similar tools.
• Proven experience with AI-driven tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted content creation, especially in video/image generation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, video production quality, and AI-integrated projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in instructional design
• Familiarity with rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, 360, Storyline 360).
• Certification or advanced training in instructional design methodologies or multimedia production.
• Innovative thinker with a creative approach to multimedia storytelling.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Adaptable to rapidly evolving digital tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of professional-quality video content, utilizing advanced video production and editing tools including ClipChamp, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Create compelling graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with CVS Health branding guidelines.
• Leverage AI tools for enhanced content development, including prompt engineering, and generation of multimedia content using AI software.
• Design and develop innovative, interactive instructional content across multiple formats (microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, etc.).
