We’re seeking a motivated Creative Design Intern to support our Enterprise Learning and Creative Services Team across visual design, employee training and communication projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to build a professional portfolio and gain real-world experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED - Required
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in an organized manner, work well with others, with attention to detail.
- Must have initiative and good problem solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint) preferred
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and basic motion graphics skills preferred
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
- Portfolio or samples of previous work (graphic and/or motion pieces) preferred
- Eagerness to learn and take on varied creative tasks
- Associate's Degree - Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Responsibilities
- Create on-brand graphic designs for digital and print (web banners, presentations, marketing and training collateral)
- Assist with video production, editing and basic motion graphics for short-form content and internal communications
- Support team members by preparing design assets, templates, and mockups for project requests
- Support the creation of employee training courses
- Adapt designs based on feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
