We’re seeking a motivated Creative Design Intern to support our Enterprise Learning and Creative Services Team across visual design, employee training and communication projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for a student or recent graduate eager to build a professional portfolio and gain real-world experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED - Required
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in an organized manner, work well with others, with attention to detail.
  • Must have initiative and good problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint) preferred
  • Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and basic motion graphics skills preferred
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
  • Portfolio or samples of previous work (graphic and/or motion pieces) preferred
  • Eagerness to learn and take on varied creative tasks
  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Create on-brand graphic designs for digital and print (web banners, presentations, marketing and training collateral)
  • Assist with video production, editing and basic motion graphics for short-form content and internal communications
  • Support team members by preparing design assets, templates, and mockups for project requests
  • Support the creation of employee training courses
  • Adapt designs based on feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
