About The Position

As a key member of the Integrator Team, the Creative Director of Marketing leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the full 7 Leaves brand ecosystem-including product, branding, design, and marketing . This role is responsible for shaping how the brand is experienced across every touchpoint, from product innovation to in-store experience to digital engagement. This leader drives comp cup growth, brand equity, and long-term customer loyalty by aligning creative direction with business performance. They oversee Marketing, Branding, Creative, and Product/R&D , ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand story across all channels. The ideal candidate is both a creative visionary and operational leader -someone who can translate ideas into execution, bring clarity to ambiguity, and build a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive leadership across marketing, brand, creative, and/or product-ideally within food & beverage, hospitality, or retail
  • Proven success leading both creative direction and business performance outcomes
  • Experience overseeing product or working closely with R&D/product teams
  • Strong background in digital marketing, content, social media, CRM, and loyalty platforms
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools or marketing technology to drive results
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required

Responsibilities

  • Brand, Creative & Customer Experience Leadership
  • Own and evolve the 7 Leaves brand identity, ensuring consistency across visual design, voice, product, and experience
  • Set the creative direction for campaigns, product storytelling, store experience, and digital platforms
  • Champion a customer-first mindset by integrating real-time insights into brand and creative decisions
  • Partner with Operations and Training to ensure brand standards translate seamlessly into in-store execution
  • Uphold and reinforce Core Values across all brand touchpoints
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive comp cup growth, brand equity, and customer loyalty
  • Oversee the full marketing calendar across campaigns, promotions, product launches, and new store openings
  • Build and lead a high-performing, creative-driven Marketing & Branding team
  • Define and track KPIs across awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously optimize performance and ROI
  • Identify emerging trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
  • Product Innovation, R&D & Menu Strategy
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle-from concept ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Partner closely with R&D to develop innovative beverages and menu items aligned with brand identity and guest preferences
  • Establish structured testing, pilot programs, and feedback loops to inform product decisions
  • Ensure product innovation balances creativity, operational feasibility, and profitability
  • Integrate product storytelling into marketing campaigns to drive excitement and adoption
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Alignment
  • Act as a strategic thought partner across leadership, bringing brand, product, and customer insights into company decisions
  • Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation
  • Partner with IT, CRM, and Loyalty teams to enhance digital guest experiences
  • Align closely with Operations to ensure consistency across product execution and in-store experience
  • Support store-level initiatives including local marketing, community engagement, and grand openings
  • AI Innovation & Marketing Technology
  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI-driven tools across marketing, creative, and product innovation
  • Drive personalization strategies using customer data, predictive insights, and automation
  • Explore AI applications in content creation, campaign optimization, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement scalable, data-driven solutions across digital platforms
  • Establish responsible and ethical AI practices aligned with brand values
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to position 7 Leaves as an innovative, forward-thinking brand
