The Creative Lead will own the visual identity and storytelling craft behind Swayable’s brand marketing materials. You’ll bring consistency, polish, and creative energy to everything we produce. At Swayable, creativity meets evidence. Our platform helps the world’s top brands and agencies understand what truly persuades people through science, data, and storytelling. The Creative Lead will bring that same spirit of curiosity and precision to our brand expression. This is a hands-on, high-impact design role where you’ll translate research insights and data into clear, compelling visuals. From sales presentations and case studies to landing pages, event activations to social content, and video storytelling, you’ll ensure every touchpoint looks sharp, feels consistent, and reinforces our message: great creative should be tested, trusted, and backed by science. This is not an agency art director or creative director role. You’ll design, edit, animate, and produce. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to elevate how Swayable shows up across every medium, driving design systems, refining our brand voice, and producing short-form videos and motion graphics that make our ideas move. This role is perfect for a mid-level designer or creative producer who’s ready to own the look and feel of a fast-growing SaaS brand, someone who thrives where design, data, and persuasion intersect.

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Design high-impact presentations, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, and event materials.
  • Create engaging social media and digital ad assets aligned with campaign goals.
  • Support product marketing and sales enablement through well-designed collateral and visuals.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos (event recaps, case study highlights, product explainers).
  • Work within Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or leading video editing platforms (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Design landing pages and visual assets for digital campaigns, ensuring responsive and high-conversion UX.
  • Partner with content writers, marketers, and sales leaders to bring ideas to life visually.
  • Manage creative timelines and asset delivery to keep marketing production moving fast.
  • Maintain a shared design system and asset library to accelerate content creation.
  • 3–5 years of experience in design, motion graphics, or creative production (B2B or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects).
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar web design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency.
  • Video editing and animation experience required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
