About The Position

As a Creative Lead for Premier Marine, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audiences and achieve key performance targets. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining multimedia assets while creating high-quality marketing deliverables across digital, print, and video. Your work will support our marketing campaigns, communications, events, and social media presence, ensuring all assets align with our brand identity and goals. You will be expected to demonstrate creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall business goals. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills, ensuring stakeholders are aligned to project status, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition).
  • Ability to capture video and perform basic editing with curiosity and desire to improve.
  • Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in corporate, multimedia production, or creative agency setting.
  • The physical demands needed are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job (sitting, standing, walking the manufacturing floor, typing and the ability to lift 25 pounds). Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize Premier’s video and photo asset libraries across platforms (YouTube, Dropbox, Teams), including B-roll and photography, ensuring assets are current, searchable, properly tagged, and easily accessible to customers.
  • Design and produce digital and print marketing materials that align with brand standards, including layouts for ads, brochures, social media, events, and promotional collateral.
  • Build B2C and B2B email assets that are on-brand and optimized for deliverability, readability, and conversion.
  • Provide internal photography and video support (e.g., headshots, product, and event coverage) and ensure timely editing and distribution of assets.
  • Develop custom dealer advertisements and supporting creative that meet program requirements.
  • Contribute components to the annual brochure (copy, imagery, layouts) and collaborate with stakeholders to hit milestones and quality standards.
  • Create and refine internal presentation decks used by marketing, sales, and leadership; maintain templates and slide libraries.
  • Post and manage the website imagery to ensure timely updates to model launches and periodic refreshes with new content.
  • Contribute to the development, design, and production of annual dealer programs and tools, including but not limited to the dealer program, owner’s manual, point-of-purchase, warranty, and sample toolkits.
  • Research competitive product landscapes inside and outside the marine industry and identify design opportunities around boat graphics and color trends.
