Shopbop is seeking a Creative Lead, Social Content to define and elevate the creative voice of our brand across paid and organic social channels. This role sets the vision, tone, and storytelling approach for social, translating brand and campaign ideas into platform-native, culturally relevant content that leads, not follows. This role operates fluidly between directing and hands-on creation—guiding teams, shaping ideas early, and stepping in to create. They act as a connective force across creative, marketing, and social teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated output across all channels. You’ll translate seasonal stories, product priorities, and cultural moments into social-first creative that feels directional, elevated, and distinctly Shopbop. We’re not looking to chase trends, we aim to set them. The right candidate is deeply plugged into fashion, culture, and digital behavior, with strong instincts for what’s next and the taste level to define it. This role is highly hands-on: directing lean shoots, hand’s-on content design and editing, experimenting with generative AI, and building smart, efficient workflows that allow us to create more with speed and intention.
