About This Role As a Creative Lead on our Brand Partnerships team, you will drive the ideation and development for all of our branded content! This role blends creative storytelling with strategic thinking, liaising between our internal team and external partners to craft impactful content for our audience of 11+ million! This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital media, understands brand and campaign strategy, and is a true creative visionary!

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand partnerships, advertising, creative agency, or digital media experience
  • Strong background working on branded content, ad campaigns, or in digital storytelling
  • YouTube aficionado who lives and breathes the platform with a sharp understanding of creative packaging, thumbnails, retention, and analytics
  • Both creative and analytical - comfortable crafting standout creative concepts utilizing data to improve performance potential
  • Possess a deep understanding of social media, content production, and influencer marketing trends
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Thrives handling multiple projects simultaneously; Strong multi-tasking abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Proven track record developing shows (preferred, not required)
  • Background in creative digital development (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal branded content creative ideation and create engaging presentations for the sales team to share with external clients
  • Leverage your deep understanding of both Jubilee and nectar brands to work closely with the sales team to identify and shortlist potential client partnerships
  • Anticipate client needs and craft compelling long form and short form branded content campaigns that resonate with Gen Z & Millennial audiences
  • Collaborate with internal creative, production, and social teams on the execution of approved campaigns
  • Write and develop engaging scripts/blurbs/soundbites for brand partnership ad reads and short form behind the scenes branded moments
  • Stay ahead of current digital media trends, emerging themes, and creative formats to maintain high performance across social platforms (emphasis on YouTube and TikTok)
  • Analyze and evaluate campaign performance and optimize creative approaches
