About The Position

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the creative direction for our consumer product lines, establishing a vision and bringing it to life through execution. In this role, you will work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to shape the brand identity and storytelling of our innovative hardware and software solutions. You will lead talented teams of designers to produce high quality, impactful, and engaging content that maintains consistency with the brand identity while resonating with diverse audiences. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years creative leadership; strong hardware + software portfolio
  • Expertise in brand systems, digital content, and AI-driven design workflows
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative execution
  • Proven track record of developing creative strategies and brand guidelines for consumer markets.
  • Experience conducting brand studies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and implementing change.
  • Proven experience selecting AI design tools, implementing the solutions, and utilizing them to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness across a design organization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating of work with both hardware and software products.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Mandarin-English speaking and writing bilingual is necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Design, or Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and storytelling techniques.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for TP-Link’s consumer product lines
  • Establish a cohesive brand identity across channels
  • Oversee digital content, visual assets, and design systems
  • Integrate AI-driven creative processes to increase output efficiency
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams on major launches
  • Drive data-backed brand studies and implement insights into our positioning
