Position Summary The Stumptown Creative Director is a hands-on visionary, leading the creative expression of our iconic brand. This role is responsible for driving brand relevance, consumer engagement, and business growth through integrated campaigns, marketing materials, and brand activations. Oversee the creative process from concept to completion—ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand identity, and consumer trends. In partnership with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, guide the evolution of the Stumptown brand while leading and mentoring a high-performing in-house creative team. Collaborate with external partners, manage timelines and budgets, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. This is a key leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to execute world-class creative work to grow the brand and drive sales of our beans and cold brew products across retail cafes, away-from-home, ecommerce, and CPG channels.
