Your New Role WB Games is looking for a hands-on Creative Director who can lead, concept, and execute across design, motion graphics, video editing, and game capture. Working closely with the team, this role will craft high-impact creatives for social, digital, paid media, trailers, and experiential marketing. Set the vision and content pillars, refine execution, and push for innovation, ensuring every project stands out.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
  • Strong hands-on skills in motion design, editing, and graphic design—not just directing.
  • Ability to craft visually compelling UA, digital and social content.
  • Deep understanding of branding, typography, composition, and storytelling.
  • Experience leading creative teams while actively contributing to the work.
  • Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across disciplines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while staying deeply involved in execution.
  • Passionate about mentoring and elevating creative talent.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and always pushing creative boundaries

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine and Unity for in-game capture and motion work is a plus.
  • Lead by doing—hands-on execution is key.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution in design, motion graphics, and video editing alongside your team.
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, ensuring growth, collaboration excellence.
  • Concept, storyboard, and execute high-quality marketing content for various formats.
  • Develop bold, innovative creative strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and production teams for campaign development.
  • Push the boundaries of storytelling, motion, and design, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Refine and elevate creative work, ensuring consistency across all brand assets.
  • Ensure efficiency without compromising quality, keeping projects on time and within scope.
  • Represent the creative vision in high-level meetings, advocating for impactful storytelling.
