The Creative Director is a senior creative leader responsible for translating enterprise creative strategy into breakthrough campaigns, content, and storytelling across assigned mission pillars, brands, or initiatives. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, this role leads day-to-day creative development, sets direction for integrated work, and ensures creative excellence from concept through execution. The Creative Director is a player–coach: deeply involved in shaping ideas and guiding work, while empowering teams of art directors, designers, copywriters to deliver against a clearly defined creative vision. This role partners closely with production, creative operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring ideas to life with craft, clarity, and impact. This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S.
