The Creative Director role represents an expansion of scope from Art Director, reflecting increased strategic responsibility, enterprise-level creative ownership, and broader cross-functional leadership. This role builds upon strong visual craft and executional excellence, adding accountability for creative strategy, brand evolution, and measurable business impact. The Creative Director reports to the Senior Creative Director. This reporting structure ensures alignment to overarching brand vision while allowing this role to own campaigns and creative initiatives within a defined scope.
