About The Position

THE POSITION: We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director, Art to lead our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
  • Two+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing (drug launch and oncology experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal & regulatory restrictions and competitive markets
  • Knowledge and background in working closely with pharma clients
  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent in education + experience)
  • Book of strategic and beautiful work
  • Management and supervisory skill set; sense of humor
  • An understanding of both the creative and strategic aspects of advertising and leadership

  • Responsible for and oversee their respective department.
  • Interview, select and supervise the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and procedures.
  • Determine job objectives, work methods and performance standards; review performance relative to departmental objectives discussion appraisal with each employee and performance; authorize and communicate salary changes, promotions, transfers, discipline, and discharge and administer all other personnel actions.
