Creative Designer Role Overview The Creative Designer is responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns and sales initiatives across channels. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and external vendors to design compelling materials that drive brand consistency, efficiency, and impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute a high volume of graphic design and content initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and print partners.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative visual assets, campaigns and sales-driven materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop and digital design software.
  • Advanced PowerPoint expertise (custom layouts, animation, data visualization) and storytelling.
  • Good eye for detail and works well in an agile, fast-moving team environment.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and presentation-based).
  • Create visually engaging and animated PowerPoint presentations for internal leadership, sales teams, and customer-facing meetings.
  • Develop sales tools including sell sheets, POS materials, signage, and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate strategies and briefs into effective creative solutions.
  • Manage artwork preparation and file delivery for print production; coordinate with printing partners to ensure quality and timelines.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Support ongoing optimization of creative processes to improve speed, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
