About The Position

We design and scale digital products that deliver seamless, engaging gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide. We work as an international, remote-first team that values smart execution, continuous improvement, and collaborative ways of working. You'll join specialists across Product, Design, Technology, Marketing, and CRM who share data openly, give direct feedback, and focus on building sustainable solutions. Here, you won't just join a team—you'll help shape how we design and communicate with our players as we scale. You'll be the visual partner for our CRM and lifecycle marketing teams, turning insights and data into high-performing creative.

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital design, ideally in CRM, performance marketing, or gaming industries
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, conversion-focused design across digital channels
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); motion design skills (After Effects) are a plus
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including strategists, copywriters, and marketing managers
  • Understanding of performance marketing principles, A/B testing, and how design impacts conversion
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats
  • Comfortable in remote environments with strong written and verbal English communication

Nice To Haves

  • Nice to have but not essential, the ability to leverage AI and automation to speed up production workflows and support creative experimentation at scale
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, make minor styling adjustments, or design with technical constraints in mind

Responsibilities

  • Design high-impact visuals for campaigns including promos, seasonal events, and game launches across email, push notifications, in-app messages, banners, and landing pages
  • Concept, design, and produce short-form social videos for platforms such as Facebook (and other relevant social channels), optimised for performance, format, and audience behaviour.
  • Translate briefs into conversion-focused designs that drive engagement, clicks, and player actions
  • Collaborate closely with content leads, CRM strategists, and fellow designers to align visuals with campaign goals and brand tone
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Iterate based on performance data and A/B test results; proactively suggest new visual approaches when there's opportunity for improvement
  • Stay current with digital design trends, bringing fresh but practical ideas to campaigns
