About The Position

As we grow our brand presence and expand into new markets, we're looking for a talented Creative & Design Senior Specialist to help bring the Haven vision to life across every visual touchpoint. The Creative & Design Sr. Specialist serves as Haven's in-house creative lead, responsible for shaping and executing the visual expression of our brand. This role manages a wide range of design projects including digital, print, social media, photography, presentations, and branded content. This position blends creative strategy, design execution, and project management - perfect for a hands-on designer who enjoys building and refining a fast-growing brand's creative ecosystem.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of professional design, creative production, or brand management experience (in-house preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Passion for innovation, brand-building, and producing high-quality creative work.

Nice To Haves

Premiere Pro and After Effects experience is a plus.
Experience in the home services industry.
Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Vimeo, and other video platforms.
Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead in-house creative design initiatives, ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels.
Develop and evolve Haven's visual identity, including logos, design systems, templates, and brand assets.
Build and maintain Haven's content and asset library.
Create and update brand style guides, visual standards, and companywide design templates.
Create high-quality marketing materials including print collateral, digital graphics, social media assets, email/SMS graphics, presentations, and internal materials.
Develop layouts, creative concepts, and visual direction for campaigns.
Produce social media graphics and accompanying copy.
Design clear and visually compelling internal and external presentations.
Support photography and imagery creation, including asset curation and light photo editing.
Provide support for light video editing, pre-production planning, and on-set creative direction.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design sales decks, recruiting materials, trade show collateral, and training visuals.
Work closely with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to translate strategic goals into strong visual concepts.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Collaborate with external vendors, photographers, videographers, and creative partners.
Ensure all creative deliverables align with Haven's tone, voice, and brand posture.
