As a Creative Design Lead, you’ll join a creative team that values strong craft, clear thinking, and collaboration—designers, writers, motion and production partners, and creative leads who care about making work that is both beautiful and useful. You’ll work closely with Creative Account and Strategy teammates who help clarify the goal behind each project, so the design stays grounded in the brief and the audience it is meant to reach. As projects move from idea to execution, you’ll partner with developers and platform specialists when work touches web, email, or templated systems, and you’ll collaborate with media and channel teams to ensure designs are built for how people actually experience them—whether that is a paid social unit, an email module, or a landing page. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to share your thinking with clients and internal teams, helping align around clear, effective visual direction.

Requirements

  • A strong point of view on design—balancing creativity with performance, grounded in both brand storytelling and measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise across digital and traditional design systems, with the ability to translate strategy into compelling visual experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative assignments from concept to completion, ensuring each project reflects a strong point of view, thoughtful execution, and alignment to campaign strategy.
  • Guide the creative process with intention—setting direction, managing timelines, and prioritizing high-impact work across digital and print initiatives.
  • Champion brand consistency across all outputs, ensuring work reflects the client’s voice, values, and identity—whether developed in-house or with partners.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates creative quality and supports team development.
  • Balance hands-on design with leadership—delivering polished assets while setting a high bar for craft and innovation.
  • Develop original, insight-driven creative concepts across channels, including social, digital, experiential, and print.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated solutions that connect creative, media, and data.
  • Contribute to storytelling that is authentic, human-centered, and aligned with PMG’s mission.
