What you'll be working on Lead creative initiatives from concept through delivery. Set the visual direction for Firefly creative accelerants — building a distinctive aesthetic that captures the power of generative AI. Guide designers in turning complex AI capabilities into clear, inspiring visual stories. Build a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence. Work hands-on with Firefly and emerging AI tools, exploring new workflows and pushing creative boundaries. Direct external production studios, ensuring outputs are cohesive and on-brand. Build strong relationships with marketing and brand partners, driving alignment and shared creative goals. Define visual standards and scale content production across a fast-moving roadmap. Hire, mentor, and grow an outstanding creative team. Requirements

  • 8+ years in visual design or art direction, with 2+ years leading a creative team.
  • A portfolio showing exceptional craft and the ability to make complex ideas visually compelling.
  • Experience managing external production studios — setting direction, maintaining quality, and hitting deadlines.
  • A track record of defining visual identity systems and scaling them across formats and surfaces.
  • Deep fluency with Adobe Firefly and other AI tools, strong prompt literacy, and a real passion for AI-assisted creativity.
  • Proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Firefly, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A high bar for craft and detail, with the ability to drive exploration and land on strong creative directions.
  • Clear, direct communication skills — able to bring partners and stakeholders along on the creative vision.
  • Experience hiring and developing creative talent.
