We are seeking an individual to join our AV Studio team (specifically for our US/CANADA markets) as a Creative Content Manager, specializing in LIVE events and Sports. The ideal candidate is a passionate creative producer, thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly collaborative, exceptionally organized and is fueled by the rush of going LIVE. The role requires a high level of creativity, an inquisitive and innovative personality, and a strong project management background. Spearheading the capture during our live productions across our sports and nonfiction programming slate, this role utilizes knowledge of live entertainment and sports event production and video creative capture. We value candidates who are action-oriented, curious, hands-on and enthusiastic about contributing wherever needed. The ideal candidate has a strong project management background and excels at strategically planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously. They are highly organized, creative, and communicate succinctly. As a collaborative team player, they thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively across multiple teams. Self-motivated and possessing high integrity, this candidate uses sound judgment to make wise decisions, thinks strategically, and inspires colleagues to do the same. This role will work cross-functionally with the Netflix publicity, marketing, product, and social teams, as well as show production, talent reps, and external creative partners and producers throughout the lifecycle of a campaign. This job is based in Los Angeles and reports to the Senior Manager of AV Studio Series, Live, and Non-Fiction.
