About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead the creation and management of compelling, brand-aligned creative content across digital, print, social, web, and event channels. You will combine hands-on design execution with strategic oversight, ensuring consistency in visual storytelling, messaging, and brand identity. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output. You will optimize content workflows, manage creative assets in CMS platforms, and leverage motion design, video editing, and AI tools to enhance content creation. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional design experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills with experience creating visually engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Highspot, HubSpot, Seismic) and content lifecycle management.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Ability to write concise copy for digital channels.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and feedback in a collaborative environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in motion design or video editing using tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets, including brochures, flyers, case studies, slide decks, social graphics, and other digital content.
  • Apply motion design and video editing skills to create short-form content for social media, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain branded PowerPoint presentations with transitions, animations, and consistent storytelling.
  • Write and refine short-form copy for social posts, email headers, calls-to-action, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize creative assets in CMS platforms to ensure accessibility, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Support video channels by creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, and managing tags.
  • Oversee project timelines and creative workflows to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain brand consistency.
  • Stay current on design trends, motion graphics, AI tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
