About The Position

Ciullo, Inc. is a portfolio company operating multiple high-growth brands across healthcare technology (Ncore, Nsight Health, Nvera RCM, PRVNT.ai), insurance (Nsure), and real estate and proptech (Arryva). We build companies at the intersection of technology, innovation, and impact — and we move fast. Brand foundations are already in place across all six brands: color palettes, typography, voice and tone guidelines, a comprehensive copy library, SEO keyword strategy, and competitive positioning. We are looking for a creative leader to scale the content engine that powers all of it. We are looking for a Creative Content Lead to serve as the primary visual designer, content strategist, and editorial voice across our entire brand portfolio. This is not a writing-only role and it is not a design-only role. You are both — and you use AI to multiply your output without sacrificing quality. Every branded graphic, presentation deck, one-pager, case study, blog post, email campaign, website page, and video asset that goes out under any Ciullo, Inc. brand is either created by you or produced under your creative direction. You own the visual system, the editorial calendar, the sales enablement materials, and the brand voice across six distinct businesses. For volume content, you leverage AI tools to accelerate production. For high-value content — executive communications, compliance-sensitive healthcare messaging, thought leadership, award submissions — your judgment and voice are irreplaceable. AI Fluency Requirement — Non-Negotiable Ciullo, Inc. is an AI-first organization. Every member of our team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work — not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine proficiency with tools like Claude and Perplexity for content production at scale, paired with the editorial judgment to maintain brand quality and accuracy. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in content marketing, brand design, or creative leadership with a portfolio demonstrating both strong visual design skills and written content across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency with professional design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and/or Figma, Canva (advanced), and presentation design tools.
  • Proven ability to create polished brand collateral — one-pagers, case studies, infographics, presentation decks, event signage, and sales materials that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across distinct audiences and industries including healthcare, technology, real estate, and consumer fitness.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, Perplexity, or equivalent) for content production at scale while maintaining editorial quality, brand consistency, and factual accuracy.
  • Strong SEO content skills including keyword research, on-page optimization, meta data, content gap analysis, and competitive content auditing.
  • Video editing proficiency using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content strategy across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Self-directed creative leader who takes a brand guideline and produces publish-ready visual and written content with minimal revision cycles.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare technology, health-tech SaaS, or clinical audience creative experience in a professional marketing role.
  • Portfolio or agency background managing creative output for three or more brands simultaneously with distinct visual identities.
  • Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems including style guides, template libraries, and design systems.
  • Experience with award submission writing and design, PR and media relations content, or executive communications.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance as it relates to marketing communications and patient-facing content.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation for marketing content.
  • Experience with CMS platforms — HubSpot CMS preferred — including direct publishing, blog administration, and content management.

Responsibilities

  • VISUAL DESIGN & BRAND SYSTEMS: OWN ALL VISUAL DESIGN ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO INCLUDING BRANDED GRAPHICS, INFOGRAPHICS, ONE-PAGER LAYOUTS, CASE STUDY DESIGNS, PRESENTATION DECKS, EVENT COLLATERAL, DIGITAL AD CREATIVE, AND SOCIAL MEDIA VISUAL TEMPLATES. CREATE AND MAINTAIN A VISUAL TEMPLATE SYSTEM FOR EACH BRAND THAT ENABLES CONSISTENT, HIGH-SPEED CONTENT PRODUCTION.
  • CONTENT STRATEGY & EDITORIAL: OWN THE EDITORIAL CALENDAR AND CONTENT STRATEGY ACROSS ALL SIX PORTFOLIO BRANDS, ALIGNING CONTENT THEMES WITH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES, SEASONAL TRENDS, INDUSTRY EVENTS, AND SEO OPPORTUNITIES. WRITE HIGH-VALUE CONTENT THAT REQUIRES HUMAN EDITORIAL JUDGMENT — EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS, CEO THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, COMPLIANCE-SENSITIVE HEALTHCARE CONTENT, AWARD SUBMISSIONS, AND INVESTOR-FACING NARRATIVES.
  • AI-ASSISTED VOLUME PRODUCTION: PRODUCE AI-ASSISTED BLOG POSTS, SEO ARTICLES, EMAIL COPY, WEBSITE PAGES, AND NURTURE SEQUENCES USING CLAUDE AND SIMILAR TOOLS, WITH HUMAN EDITING, QUALITY CONTROL, AND BRAND VOICE CONSISTENCY AS THE NON-NEGOTIABLE STANDARD.
  • SALES ENABLEMENT: CREATE ALL SALES ENABLEMENT MATERIALS INCLUDING DESIGNED ONE-PAGERS, CASE STUDIES WITH VISUAL LAYOUTS, COMPETITIVE BATTLE CARDS, PRODUCT SHEETS, WHITEPAPERS, AND LEAVE-BEHIND COLLATERAL FOR SALES TEAMS ACROSS ALL BUSINESSES.
  • WEBSITE & SEO: OWN ALL WEBSITE COPY AND LANDING PAGE CONTENT INCLUDING NEW PAGE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCT AND SERVICE PAGES, AND ONGOING COPY AND VISUAL OPTIMIZATION BASED ON SEO AND CONVERSION PERFORMANCE DATA.
  • VIDEO PRODUCTION: EDIT AND PRODUCE VIDEO CONTENT INCLUDING TESTIMONIAL VIDEO EDITING, COMMERCIAL FOOTAGE POST-PRODUCTION, SIZZLE REELS, PRESENTATION RECORDINGS, AND POLISHED VIDEO ASSETS FOR WEBSITE AND SALES USE.
  • BRAND STEWARDSHIP: MAINTAIN AND EVOLVE BRAND VOICE GUIDELINES, VISUAL IDENTITY STANDARDS, CONTENT TEMPLATES, AND STYLE GUIDES FOR EACH BRAND TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY AND ENABLE SCALABILITY ACROSS THE TEAM.
