About The Position

The Creative Content Coordinator will oversee the conception, development, and execution of engaging narratives across various media channels. They blend artistic flair with strategic insights to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and supports the marketing team with the development and execution of compelling creative strategies that align with Ojo Spa Resorts' mission and core values. This role requires a thorough understanding of market trends and ever-evolving digital content strategies to define and differentiate Ojo Spa Resorts brand identity while fostering meaningful connections with guests. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Ojo Caliente Holdings, Inc. Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of marketing, graphic design and creative development experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA, WordPress, and other business and design applications/software.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or greater in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Details driven with the ability to calmly and efficiently manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in an extremely fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Adaptability to evolving business and department needs.
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) platforms and campaign execution, i.e. GA4 and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; the ability to create written and oral instructions and procedures; and the ability to speak and communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push/pull/lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Due to the natural environment at Ojo Spa Resorts, all staff must be comfortable outdoors performing physical activities, and be able to navigate uneven ground, diverse terrain, multiple stairs, and be prepared to work in unpredictable weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead content creation by collaborating with marketing, cross-functional teams, and external vendors (writers, designers, multimedia specialists).
  • Oversee and create visual content, messaging, and storytelling for digital ads, websites, email marketing, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate on the production marketing copy for digital, social, email, promotions, and print campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Ojo’s brand standards, tone, values, and identity through feedback and guidance on creative and copy.
  • Routinely update website to improve UI/UX and accurately reflect the resort properties and their offerings.
  • Develop and maintain an organized creative asset library, including photos, videos, logos, graphic files, brand guidelines, and presentation templates.
  • Produce visual concepts and renderings to support resort improvement and renovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
  • Manage and update Ojo Spa Resorts' brand standards and guidelines to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement a content calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery of materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine Ojo’s brand strategy and contribute to annual marketing plans.
  • Ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, reflect Ojo Spa Resorts’ identity, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience to ensure creative materials resonate with their needs and interests.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints in alignment with Ojo Spa Resorts' mission and values.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop employee engagement, retention, and service excellence campaigns.
  • Partner in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
