About The Position

Enabled Energy is seeking an experienced Creative Brand Designer to drive brand and design for a B2B organization with complex offerings and long sales cycles. This role blends hands-on design execution with brand leadership and creative judgment to ensure our visual identity supports credibility, clarity, and differentiation across all customer touchpoints. Enabled Energy is a leading consulting and contracting firm specializing in retrofitting existing data centers across the United States and Canada. We are dedicated to delivering innovative, energy-efficient infrastructure and services that meet the evolving needs of mission-critical facilities. Our expertise spans energy conservation, HVAC controls, building automation, and system reliability. Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in design for B2B brands
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Dynamics 365 Marketing, etc.)
  • WordPress web design and development experience
  • Experience supporting: Complex products or services, Sales and marketing teams
  • Portfolio that demonstrates: Brand systems and consistency, Campaign‑level thinking, Clear communication of complex ideas
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Desire to learn and grow in this role and within this fast-growing company / industry
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with B2B, technology, data centers, infrastructure, or services brands
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or operations teams
  • Experience in video editing

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the company’s creative leader, developing all visual content
  • Provide creative direction and execution, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on all projects
  • Execute the brand strategy by creating, owning, and maintaining the visual identity, messaging, and materials that reflect the brand’s strategic goals.
  • Lead design for integrated B2B campaigns across: Web, Email and paid social, Sales enablement and field marketing, Events and trade shows
  • Translate technical, data‑heavy, or abstract concepts into clear visual narratives
  • Design assets that resonate with decision-makers (operators, executives, buyers)
  • Design and develop WordPress pages and templates
  • Support ongoing web optimization, updates, and launches
  • Comfortable with HTML/CSS for layout and troubleshooting
