About The Position

Amazon MGM Studios is home to tremendous comedy, drama, and IP based content including The Marvelous Maisel, Swarm, Harlem, Fallout, American Fiction, The Boys, The Summer I Turned Pretty, Red White & Royal Blue, Daisy Jones & The Six, Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time, The Summer I Turned Pretty, The Boys in the Boat, Jack Reacher, Jack Ryan. We are hiring for a Creative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support two Senior Development Executives on the Co-Pro Development/Limited Series Team. This includes heavy scheduling, rolling calls, managing submission logs, and supporting departmental functions for each team. You will gain a first-hand look at Studio TV development.

Requirements

2+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience assessing industry talent and trends, or experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
Experience handling confidential information
Experience as an assistant in an unscripted department at an agency, studio or unscripted production company

Nice To Haves

2+ years as an agency, studio or production company assistant, or 1+ years of experience as an assistant to a creative executive
