About The Position

As GradGuard's Creative Assistant, you'll bring ideas to life through presentations, documents, ads, animations, audio, video, and other multimedia, ensuring every piece reflects and strengthens the GradGuard brand. You'll balance creativity with execution, valuing strong ideas, but always delivering tangible results.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, continuously improving their craft, and energized by collaborating in-office with a team that values quality, humor, and great design.

Requirements

• Experience with MacOS, Keynote (PowerPoint is adequate), Illustrator and Photoshop are essential. Proficiency with presentation mechanics and manipulating images (both vector and bitmap) are required.
• Ability to work in our Phoenix office, as this will allow you to contribute the most.
• The Iron Giant needs to be in your top ten movies of all time.
• Curiosity, tenacity and good humor are prized here.
