About The Position

The Lead Worship & Creative Arts Educator is a rare, visionary role that sits at the intersection of worship ministry, artistic excellence, and Christian education. Serving both New Life Church (NLC) and New Life Academy (NLA), this person is called to be a unifying creative force — elevating what is already thriving, building bridges across departments, and creating an enduring culture where the arts become a living avenue for encountering God. This is not simply an administrative or programmatic position. You believe that creativity is an expression of the image of God, and you want to spend your career helping others discover that truth.
  • Demonstrated excellence as a performing artist and worship leader
  • Experience in music production, songwriting, and/or choral arranging
  • A heart for Christian education and youth discipleship
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments and generations
  • Employees of New Life Church and Academy must be able to effectively integrate a gospel centered message into their day-to-day responsibilities, must be a born-again believer who exhibits the Fruit of the Spirit in their daily walk and a regular attendee and supporter of a church whose fundamental beliefs are evangelical in nature.
